I opened my shop on Etsy in 2018 after my 28 year old niece, Kate, got sick, nearly died, and was left with astronomical medical bills. Since I already made jewelry, I thought I would try selling it in hopes of being able to help her pay some of her medical bills.
That being said, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read my story and visit my shop. UPDATE: Kate was diagnosed with Lymes Disease, and is in the final stage. It was determined that she has had this disease for over 20 years and because it has gone untreated all this time, it has caused severe and in some cases, unrepairable damage to her vital organs. She is currently receiving treatment, but most of her treatments are not covered by insurance.
